Monarch Investments is a family owned property investments company located in Pontiac, Michigan, which is in the heart of Oakland County.
Monarch Investments leases commercial office, light industrial, retail and residential apartments.
Jim Cunningham along with his Father Bill started investing in properties in Pontiac over 30 years ago. They spent several months renovating each commercial and residential property themselves.
Over the years Jim and his wife Jackie have maintained their properties on a "personal" level. They have aquired most of their tenants from word of mouth and building relationships in the City of Pontiac.
In 1989 Jim and Jackies son, Greg joined the company.
